We only replace items when the customer wishes to upgrade to a higher capacity product within 3 (Three) days. However, items must be unused, non-defective, and undamaged.

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

*Outside Dhaka:

For deliveries outside Dhaka, our standard delivery time is 2-5 business days. The delivery duration varies based on the distance and accessibility of the destination. Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the following day. We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure your package is delivered safely and efficiently, no matter where you are located.

Please note that delivery times may be affected by external factors such as holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen events. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such cases.
